just as表示正如，正像，同样地。just as后面通常加定语从句和句子，语气强烈，通常起到强调的作用。

1.just as 后面加定语从句及句子比较多，强调正是、恰好的意思，语气更为强烈。

2.just as具有正如，就好像，同样地等含义。

（1）正如

We hope things will pan out as we expect.

我们希望事情的结果正如所料。

It happened even as he had expected.

事情正如他所料的那样发生了。

（2）正像

Things turned out just as I expected.

结果情况正像我预料的那样。

Most plants need air just as they need water.

大多数植物需要空气，正像它们需要水一样。

（3）一样

And Sunday was just as busy . 周日也一样忙碌。

The orchestration was equally simple and equally just right.
